This house did not have any flooding inside the house during hurricane Helene. This is a must see. The pictures only give a hint of how well appointed this home really is. The absolutely amazing water view will capture your attention immediately upon entering. Everything was completely renovated in 2020 with new cabinets, quartz counter tops and electrical service. The foyer is large with beautiful new double entrance doors that allow the sun light in to brighten the area. The family room has a gorgeous built-in wall unit, which houses both the large television and electric fire place. The inside laundry room is spacious as well as functional with plenty of cabinet space for storage. The kitchen has ample counter space with tile backsplashes and quartz counter tops for an exceptional cooking and entertaining experience. All appliances are newer and upgraded. The salt water swimming pool was built new in 2020 and is surrounded by a large lanai covered in pavers. The dock has newer composite planks and a 10,000 lb. boat lift, which were updated at the same time that the house was renovated. The HVAC system was updated four years ago. The solar power is owned and the only electric bill is $30.00 / month for the meter. The solar panels generate more power than is used and is banked for one year by Duke energy. The low flood insurance premium is assumable by the new owners. Most of the windows and patio doors are new and impact rated as well. The two car garage is spacious enough for a tool cabinet and work area.
